The amundine is a traditional pastry from the mediterranean. It's made by beating eggs with sugar, adding almonds and flavouring. Before baking it, you sprinkle pine nuts all over before melting apricot jam. And then i brushed it so that it gives a glaze. I hope everybody here will love it.
