Tony, how much do you take a day of creating? I'm looking at 10 to 11 pounds a week. So that's just my body type and I don't know why so maybe if it's okay here to potentially discuss what what might be the individual variables to that would lead to one person responding with that much of a weight gain versus maybe having a much more muted weight response. You know, the neuro protective benefit, but obviously I'm not my docent so.
