The book does very well is sort of you have a US based hedge fund, right? And then you have this connective tissue in terms of the protagonist who goes into those worlds and kind of tries to gather intelligent and relate as you describe what's going on inside. It was so foreign to me that even the first year I was there, this is total immersion. I still didn't get it. Because it's just a different wave light that's very difficult for a person who grew up with rule of law with those concepts to believe that this isn't some sort of joke that it's actually real.
