Matt is the editor in chief of Engage, a global journal for leaders of volunteer engagement. He and Rob have been involved with heritage volunteering group for more than six years. Matt says he was struck up by an article about ethical practice in volunteer engagement that really resonated with him. The piece provided just a great framework for having a meaningful discussion around that particular topic - which can be difficult to do.
