The Haitian Revolution

In July 1798 then, we get a fateful moment in the history of the Haitian Revolution. Andre Rago came up to Portaprints and from there, he and Tucson traveled together to Le Cap. It was the first time that these two men, who have been the dominant Creole leaders in the colonies in 1793, have met face to face. We know nothing about what they talked about, but the general supposition is that they agreed to back each other if Hédouville really tried to like take over the colony.
