What Else Did You See in Kyiv?
When we were there, we were able to access a number of the cells on the lower floor of the building. They were covered in litter and sort of moldy looking blankets and various other detritus like they'd been squatted or something. I suspect that's possibly where some of the torture was actually carried out. We did not see any manacles, any other bits and pieces of torture gear lying around. So what we've been told is that all these areas are under investigation and this will all go towards expanding the already fairly fat dossier of documented war crimes allegations against Russian forces.
