Once in accounts 15 years old, it becomes dormant. And at that point, the money can be sent into reclaim fund which i look after. We've collected over one point six billion pounds from banks and building societies across the uk. Over ten yearsand we've been able to make 800 million pounds available to good causes without impacting any customer. It's good to know customers can always get their money back.
