The Importance of Hard Work

Kobe Bryant is famous for his like insane work at LeBron James, there's only, you know, these guys just work so hard at their craft. I bet you there were some other people who got to the NBA on the talent, but they didn't become Michael Jordan because they didn't work as hard as him, care as much about it. Hard work should actually very naturally flow from an inspired idea or an innate talent that we come to in some way that kind of gives you space to identify it. You have to have some sort of innate talent as well.
