The atheist promised us a replacement, right? They promised us some great cultural replacement for the Christian story and these great acts of participation in this. But that's not what we got. What we got is porn and fast food. We're getting something much darker and much stranger. Well, the other thing is that liberalism doesn't seem to work without Christianity either.
