Is Frugality the Answer to All These Problems?

In two thousand ten you founded a frugal living website called i am that lady dot com. I want to take that idea a step further. Is frugality the answer, per se, to all these problems? And i would, i would add in minimalism, cause i think they kind of fulfil that same purpose when it comes to budget and saving. Are we right in focusing on those things? Well, i think so.
