Is There a Right, Healthy Way to Recognize, Okay, Akes Are High Right Now?

i think there is an appropriate, healthy way to recognize when akes are really high right now. In those moments, i'm more prone to my own irritability or discouragement. And it wouldn't be hard for my irritability in those things to sour other people's interactions with some of these things. The psalms are fighting spiritual warfare, and that what the psalmists are seeking is the lord. Draw near to god, and the devil will flee from you.
