Is Sequencing a First Line Test?

I think we're learning a lot we've discovered new organisms and new diseases along the way. I definitely think these assays play a role for some patients and we have to figure out who those patients are. Many times they're today being run as a test of last resort which is okay because we're learning but probably during the career of some of the ID fellows these will become like a first line test so we can get the results back more rapidly.
