I was taught a process, the idea of putting the lead first and the inverted pyramid. So it goes back to the idea in the 1800s when reporters were transmitting by a telegraph. And I apply the same thing when I'm working with B2B SaaS companies. Sometimes my hypothesis is bang on. And sometimes I'm missing the mark a little bit. Yeah, I love them being different is now better than being better.
