Is Cale More Nutrient Dense Than Rice?

We don't have a definition of nutrient density. We've only been able to look at, you know, 12 or so elements and a couple compounds. There are lipids, there are carbohydrates, there's polypinas and enzime or vidamens. Any crop contains thousands of different compounds in the order of thousands in most cases. So we're not saying, it is nutrientence or not. What we're saying is, life is a continuum. You know, everything is somewhere in the continuum. And our focus is on this cale versus that cale, or this rice versus that rice.
