How to Be a Great Product Manager
A great product is something that's valued by its users and it solves a task problem or job while meeting its intended business goals makes sense what about a great product manager to me I've always kind of felt that it's someone that can connect between the big picture and the small details. Steve: The only way that you'll bring together your team and a successful product is by building trust amongst your team for me and my personality typeI do this by listening way more than speaking acting upon what I've heard and making sure that I am heard when I speak.
