The Benefits of Fish Oil

Eating fish oils can actually create an imbalance over time in the local hormones called prostaglandins which can eventually lead to fatty acid imbalances. The phytosources botanical sources of oils are much each easier to keep in their non rancid state than the oils from fish so I would recommend using them rather than monosaturated fats like olive, coconut and butter.
