Are the Orthodox in Communion With One Another?

i think that the catholics need the orthodox to be like, hay, we're not going to bend over backwards when it comes to the liturgy and doctrine. I would like it to be that then be far easier in catholicism, yesye, wouldn't right? So, specially in the middle east, like you go to syria, the melkite church and the antiochian orthodox church can celebrate posca together. And part of that is because of persecution. so maybe that's what we need. But, am, but it's funny,  in some sense, it seems like catholics bending over backwards to say, hey brothers, like were the same
