Oshner's Other Initiatives to Support Health Care Workers
Oshner: I think the message has to be it's not either EAP or other solutions. They can ideally be synergistic and complement each other. We've sort of scaled that program with all 36,000 employees. So we're getting great feedback there's always opportunities for improvement. But I think this has been a nice complimentary service for our employees.
