The CIA Can Track You if You're Using a VPN
A VPN is a virtual private network. You can get one right now, Simon. And it allows you to change your IP address. This how you would get Netflix. So if you wanted French Netflix or American Netflix or Thai Netflix, you can just make your eye. But either way, I'm sure like I'm sure the CIA can track you whether you're using a VPN or not. It's not that ironclad. Of course, I've been suspicious. They're worried about China. Yeah, it's the Chinese that are there. That's the only way they can get it across.
