What Happens After the Deal?
The first rule is selling. Don't forget about the customer. It doesn't work well for you when you forget about them. If your customer isn't profiting from the deal that you're doing with them, why not? Like, you know, this, you're going to sell a solution for $2.5 million because they're going to turn around and make $55 million every year that they're using it. That's I think a light ball moment for most people out there.
