What's the Cost of Implementing Action Steps?

Josh: I think that having a shared agreement on the level above action steps really matters. Like, someone writing all the individual little things which a teacher might need to do to get really good at that thing is important. On step lab now, all of the action steps has an exemplar video of a great teacher in, you know, it's currently in a UK context. And so we tried to have a math teacher, a science teacher, an essay based subject teacher and a practical subject teacher like a music lesson or a technology lesson. So that's what we have now.
