I think maybe eight miles of retail is not needed, but let's say maybe six. We are expecting luxury units to be built above Louis Vuitton right now on the corner of Gary and Stockton. I really do think if we tackle our safety challenges, then I'm going to leave it mostly at safety challenges. You know, being from San Francisco myself, I have this great image of what Union Square meant to me growing up. There's a grit, but there's a feeling there that is really truly special.
