He was looking for someone who had more of a talent for public speaking and to connect to the people than he did. Hitler aimed to fulfill that longing for a single powerful leader. In February 1920, senior figures of the Workers' Party meet to hammer out a new manifesto. It's a set of clear demands conveyed in simple language.
