Vaccination and Omicron Virus in Ontario
The estimated percentage of cases caused by omicron is 96 point six %. But if you look at hospital occupancy, ah, it's 600 and un vaccinated, hundred, 28 and vaccinated. So that's a reduction by vaccination of 80%. If you look at i see you occupancy, it's a un vaccinated hundred, 53, vaccinated, ten. That's a 93% reduction. This supports the notion that this virus is doing pretty well in terms of infecting vaccinated people, but not making em very sick.
