Prosecution Strategy and Possible Outcomes

Ever since the arrest of Rex Heuermann, a man charged for the murder of 6 of the 10 victims found along Ocean Parkway, it was also widely believed he was the prime suspect in the other 4. However a new arrest by Nassau County changes all of that. Andrew Dykes was arrested for the murder of Tanya Jackson, also known as Peaches. What does this mean for the case of the Long Island Serial Killer? Are charges imminent in case of Tatiana, Tanya’s daughter? And how does this impact the case against Heuermann?
