Just because the price of handbags goes up does not mean that you have a common enterprise with airmares. The risk that we wholesale adopt crypto assets as being investment contracts themselves is not just a crypto asset risk. It's a risk that art or diamonds or handbags or true hours or cars can themselves be considered an investment contract.
