How Do You Get a Great Night's Sleep?

One thing that's often overlooked, maybe less so these days is the quality of our sleep and its impact on our overall health. Chanti: I don't have a ritual obviously but I'm blessed in that I could sleep anytime anywhere. So my thing is to try to eat dinner early. My idea would be 5.36 o'clock dinner. And then I would like to turn off all electronics two hours before bedtime so that it doesn't mess around with my bio rhythm.
