How to Cope With Learn Helplessness

When it comes to learn helplessness, I think a lot of people don't think that it's real. They just think that it means that someone is weak minded. But being exposed to repeated events that we can't control, it changes the neuropasticity of the brain. So biologically it's affecting that ability to think about an escape group. And what it can do as well is it can affect the prefrontal cortex, which is our executive functioning and decision making. That has been linked to learning helplessness.
