The Promise of God
Habakkuk is preaching about the reality that Babylon will come and destroy Israel or Judah. But then this is God's answer because God has made those five woes we heard about yesterday. In chapter 26, again, more praise of God. And chapter 27, talking about how the Lord will make a full expiation. This is just the promise of God 700 years before Jesus.
