We asked managers to, you know, consider the people that they have led over their career and identify someone from each of these two categories. And we also had managers identify some one whom i later called an under contributor. Smart, capable, talented, should be amazing, but yet they're not. Like they're under contributing relative to their potential incapability. There's like, a whole set of things to learn there. It's differet than the five key distinctions that we already covered.
