The Importance of Discipline in Training

Research on untrained people or moderately trained people doesn't tell us how to get to the top. We can look and learn from the best as to how they distribute their training intensities. I think it's just human nature. It's, I still struggle with it to this day. If I'm on swift and someone cycles behind me, you know, there's always that initial reflex to jump on their wheel or try to ride past them again.
