I think I would have been the guy probably in jail. We definitely grew up in the equivalent of the Northern Subs of Adelaide, you know, with Southwest and Sydney where your cap rematters. So to me, I was just always taken out of bad environments. And meeting great people along the way. He'd come around with these books because he was the only educated one. My dad has seven brothers and a sister in Vietnam as well. They all worked super hard so that he could get through university and he was a pharmacist. But then he came back taught the brothers how to invest in property, helped all the brothers create wealth. It's like they changed off. Wow.
