The Story of Charlie's Kidnapping
Charles and Anne Lindbergh's baby son Charlie was kidnapped in 1932. A ransom note demanding $50,000 for his safe return was found on the child by Charles' nurse Betty Gao when she went to check on him at 10 p.m. The letter contained a bunch of misspellings but had three holds: "I will inform you where to deliver the money after two to four days"
