Agency Versus Ecomms - It's So Early?

I don't think the grass is green on either side. I would love to do an ecom brand from a passion perspective. There's always going to be skill gaps between companies and agencies. You just don't hear about as much of it because it's not sexy. But if you do an e com business right, it's obviously... I feel like right now it's a gold roof. It feels late, but it's so early.
