I think it's more so believe it or not. It's just, it's been the only way that people can accumulate some kind of inflation protected wealth. You're a situation where these rates of rates are much, much higher. People have the loan to values in some cases are very, very high for these new buyers. I think what we should expect going forward is legislation that will be aimed at protecting home buyers from themselves.
