The Content Matters More Than Anything Else
The course topic in the title is the biggest, a most important factor where whether the course is going to be successful or not. This is the outcome that you will have after six or eight hours of watching through it. And i think it's helped a ton in the fact that we have such a low return rate and such a high completion rate at's something like 85 or 86 % right now. If you don't know exactly who your audience is, narrow it down right, and what the outcome you want them to achieve, then it's too early for you to start building the course. You got to really nail that down.
