The Nesting Places of Parrots
Holes in trees are the favorite nesting places of these birds. Some American kinds will lay in holes in the rocks, and Indian parrots in crevices in old buildings or pagodas. In general, it is in old trees that parrots make their nests. The adensonia is preferred more especially should it grow on the outskirts of a forest.
