Diversity Is Misdiagnosed Problem
Diversity is mis diagnosed problem, cause it's diagnosed as like racism and sexism. What's going on is profiling. How do you hire somebody? While i know what i'm good at, value it highly, and i can test for it in an interview,. So i'm going to hire me, that's generally how it works. It gets very dangerous if you try and not see the talent and just see the gender color. You have to understand that talent based to be that. And, you know, you have to be able to evaluate it.
