Rackfell's suicide was absolutely tragi and it wasn't the first, and it's not going to be the last. So as a psychiatrist, when i interview people, i know what the risk factors of suicide are. And i know that pretty much every person that we interview checks a lot of those boxes. If you want to help some one else, start by asking for their help. You disclose yours first. Sopac you model the behavior. Don't worry alone. Remember that your struggles are a multi player game too.
