The Fear of D-Day

I think the big thing that comes across to me in the fear there is not necessarily, you know, like if you looked at Russia with their GDP, for example, that which we know of. The fear is that you have a dictator who has been president forever, right? Just a constitution. And that dictator, one thing they do have is they got a hell of an arsenal of nuclear weapons. And that just makes people, for all the right reasons I might add, very fearful of like poking the bear and everything. So maybe the, maybe a better question that I could have asked it is: Do you have to take into account the safety of the rest of the world?"
