How to Meditate

You deserve a few moments every day, just for yourself, to check in on number one. Take this first minute or so to get settled, so that your body isn't a distraction. Let's take a couple deep breaths together. Inhale, hold at the top, and then exhale. One more. You can resume breathing at your own natural pace now,. The most important thing is that it feels effortless and smooth. And you can rest your attention on that nice and easy breath too.
