Naps are the best thing in the entire world. I can't run 70 to 80 mile weeks without getting sleep during the day. It doesn't have to be three hours, just an hour or something to kind of reset the system. As a distance runner, it's kind of expected that you need to sit on your butt and rest when you're not working out. That helps me feel a little less stressed when I am on the track and running because I know I'm just a well-rounded person.
