In the 90s there was this new idea that was coming up that was the same we can produce a number of space services. Global Star, Iridium, Teledesic those three they managed to attract 9 billion dollars in private venture funding and well actually went belly up. So going back to the new space proposals today there is I believe two different drives. There is the people that say space technology has changed we can do better with smaller system cheaper systems.
