i didn't want to spend my whole seasons indoors that say, to get stronger. So i organized my life in a way i can go actually out and can go climbing outside. And it was just funny for me to see how far i got without being able to hang on a handboard. But then i was the first one out of our group to climbit. There was the funny thing, as a guy that couldn't hang, but it for sure helped me a lot. I suffered from a long time, and tried small, crimpy boulders a lot,. My joints would really age, like they were really inflated. When i started hang boarding, this nearly got completely away.
