How Many Engineers Are Really Interested in Management?
When you go beyond senior, there are three main paths. You can become a manager or continue to be a technico personl Or becoming more independent. So it's as hard to contob to become a manager as it is to continue technical. A lot of developers in general see management as the only way for them to grow. They don't see how they can grow not becoming managers. But i think that tat from my experience, at least my, you know, talking of hundreds of developers, this is usually a aminority ofe develope like men, i'm really excited, should become a manager.
