What Do You Do When You're in a Bear Market?

Brian Deibert: I'm going to continue to listen to the message of the market. And so, if we're in a downtrend and then we see the rally, you know, the short-term rally, the Peter's out and starts to decline again, then I'll get short. But I'm not going to fight the near-term threat. We don't know if this rip is going to stall out at 7%, 10%, 20% it's just going to keep going.
