The Importance of Enablement in Healthcare
For me, digital is changing pretty much every part of everybody's lives on a day-to-day basis. I think not wanting to be too trifed, but it's figuring out which bits are the sticky plasters on bad processes and which bits are really moving us forwards. Whether it's being able to sit and talk to a GP from the welcome of my desk or whether it's an app that helps people understand what tablets to take when you're going through some sort of weird form of cancer. All of this is digital and enablement. So it feels like it's going to be very transformative and that's very, very welcome in any industry.
