When i submitted my talk for relscomf, i was very surprised how academic it was. And it definitely felt like a college paper. I try to get every developer i know to speak, because i think it's just such a great experience. But the response that i get is usually one, i don't know what to talk about, or two, i'm too new and i'm not worthy of speaking. How do you access those people? Go to meet ups. Meet people in the community. Most people are willing to give, you know, an hour, a couple of hours a week to mentorin a mentorine developers who or budding developers.
