Are We Going to Have a Negative Interest Rate?

I'd love to be Secretary of Treasury if I knew I could keep raising money at negative interest rates. We're doing things that we really don't know the ultimate outcome. Will it eventually come from all businesses through some combination of higher tax rates on corporations, increased wages for the lower middle-class success? Well, I certainly think that increased corporate taxes are a much higher probability than having lower corporate taxes.
