A woman named tracy sanlin storm sisom was reported missing in indianapolis. The missing woman fit the description of the body found in brown county. Tracy's dental records were obtained from her family and sent over to the indiana state police. But for some unknown reason, her missing person's report was not connected to the body found until at least a week after it was found.
